If it is stuck feeding into the machine you can remove the paper tray and pull the page down.
If it is stuck after feeding partway through the drum unit you have to pull the drum and toner unit out and pull the page out of that.
if it is stuck partway out of the machine open the back of the machine and pull the page free from the fuser and paper output tray.
If for any reason the page tears make sure you have all the pieces out of the machine. Do this by reassembling the page on the desk to see that it has all the parts to complete the page.
you probably have a tiny tiny piece jammed in the roller on that side. sometimes it gets stuck inside and you cant see it. take it apart and use tweezers to pull it out. usually its a small piece similiar to the leftover junk you get when you rip out a page from a ring notebook.
I have found that with laser printers that have an occasional "crinkle" problem that "fanning" the paper does alleviate the problem ... but it will not if there is an actual feed/hardware problem with the rollers
try this no promises
unplug the power cord for 5 sec
paper should feed out after resetting
DONT EVER PULL ON THE PAGE WITHOUT THE MACHINE EXITING IT FIRST. THE TABS ON THE END OF THE PAPER BREAKS OFF INSIDE THE PRINTER DOCK.
check the back of the dock for the photo to eject as well as the front.
check paper size with new one after it exits to make sure no extra pieces are stuck in printer. good luck
DONT PULL ON PAGE JAM (UNPLUG FIRST(RESETS THE PAGE OUT THE BACK/FRONT))
If you can see the page and easily reach it just pull it out, and then press whatever the printer asks after the jam has been cleared.
You can pretty much do whatever needs to be done to remove the paper, as long as it doesnt put any excessive force on the components.
