Question about Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router
You might want to check and see if the wireless connxn you used while traveling required you using a proxy server. If that is the case you may have to uncheck the box within your connection properties. In your internet options click on connections tab and then click on lan settings and make sure the use proxy server box is unchecked.

On the monitor bottom right corner on the screen should be a computer that shows a red x on it right click it and say repair you need to do this on the computer that can't connect
if that doesnt work click start in the start menu click (connect to) or go to control panel if you go to connect to find a tab to the left that says view available wireless networks find the name of your network click on that so its blue then click on the button that says connect. if you go with control panel find a choise that says network connects about midway right click it and chose wireless network connections then view network connections then click on the one you want and select connect

Possibly that the wireless network that your HP is trying to connecto is not there anymore, common issue on my PC's
here is what you do:
if you have XP and other PC's are online:
1.right click the"wireless network connection icon (bottom right hand side) then click on view available network.
2.then on the left side click on "change the order of preferred network".
3.remove the name of your network, the current one, or you may delete all that you are not connecting to.
4.then hit okay all the way out
5.try to reconnect to your network, it may possibly ask you again for a security (if your network is secured, and you'll be connected
if you have Vista:
1.right click your network connection icon, the click on "Network and sharing center"
2.then on the left side of the window click on "Manage Wireless Networks"
3.then do the same, remove your network from the list then hit OK all the way out
4.the reconnect to yout network.
