i recently got a JVC XL-R5000BK component unit ... only i'm having
trouble actually finding CD-R media that it works with ... most media
i've tried fails with the unit coming back saying that their is "NO
AUDIO DISC" ... anyone have this unit or a similar one? the only thing
I've been able to get working with it was some old media from a year or
so ago (which i've used up) which came from CompUSA and claimed to be
specifically for AUDIO recording. It's weird because I'ved never had a
problem working on my PC with my HP CD-R recording music on ANY type of
media, really.
any help woudl be appreciated.
thanks

The logo on the disc has to say Digital Audio. My boss has a Phillips or
Pioneer burner like this. He gets his CD-R media in Best Buy. It has to say
for Home Audio recorders on the package. Hope this helps.
