The Jamo i200 is designed for Apple iPods. The Sansa Fuze is not an iPod, and is electronically incommpatible. In fact, I'm a bit surprised that you haven't irretrievably damaged the Fuze by trying to use it in the i200.
The Sansa Fuze has superior audio quality. It also accepts microSDHC cards, which means you can expand the capacity to 20GB. The Sansa Fuze supports more audio formats than the Craze.
The Sanza Fuze is rated for up to 24 hours of playback time, although people state they tend to get between 19 and 21.
I had the same problem w/ my 4 GB Sansa Fuze after 3 wks. When I took it back to Future Shop I discovered a commis who showed me the secret way to debug it . You have to push & hold down the "Home" & the "Down/Submenu/Options" buttons simultanuously to reset it. It worked for me.
Hi

Actually, it sounds as if the card is working. The more you have on the card, the more free internal memory you'll need so it can build its media database. Remove the card, then delete some files from the internal memory to free up space. Then reinsert the card.
For both the iPod and the Fuze you charge the MP3 player by connecting it to your computer's USB port. There are also optional chargers available that you can connect to your car's cigarette lighter or to an AC wall outlet if you want to charge the player and don't have a computer available.
