My sony rcd w500c will not finalize (by 2 users)

Every time i try to finalize it will start then stop in the middle and say incomplete then error. It did it a couple times then worked aterwards but now does it all the time.

I have the same problem.

Having the same problem. The disc was not full (when it is it will not let you finalize). Stopped in the middle of finalize process and said "finalize incomplete". Repeat attempts were NOGO.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
