Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I cannot get my new scanner to work in HP Solution Center (software) in either XP or Vista.
You need to unplug the scanner cable from both the ends and then reconnect it back make sure the power is disconnected,
then reconnect the power too
Uninstall the existing software from add remove programs in control panel
reinstall the whole software with the cd you got with the scanner'
once the installation is over it should work fine
Its the driver software corruption which is creating the problem.
