Had unpluged when pluged back in has no power at all

Check both ends of the power cord (the end connected to the printer might not be in all the way).

Also check to see if the same outlet works for other electronics.

If not, then you have a problem with the outlet not the printer.

Hope this helps!

I have a brother printer and I pluged in to 220

Connecting it on a wrong power outlet like what happen will cause a major problem on your device , since your device is made for 110 and you connect it to a 220 this can still be fix and it needs a part replacement so better take it to a service center to have it check and have the burned part replace....

hmmm...ok..unplug from computer first

then with power switch/button depressed, AND power cable out of wall, plug it into the wall, hold button for 30 seconds..

if that's not ok, then make certain the light on your power input is good. We're assuming the power is good from outlet, right?

Mfc 420 does not turn on

Do unplug from power outlet.

Replug again.

Machine should automaticly turn on.

If not, the main circuit board is defective (quite often on machines older than 2.5 years).

If you re an european citizen contact brother for warranty. EU warranty is three years ;-)

If not, you need a new mfc cause spare part cost more then a new one :(

Hp psc 2210

1.) Double check the power outlet that your printer is pluged into. Swap to another outlet. 2.) Double check the plug at the printer end, it may go in only one way. Still no power when you press the power button? It may be bad. Return it.

Power outage=shut down

You do not say your location- so this may not be relevant to you. If in UK - check the power cord fuse. If it is a model that relies on an external power supply- try to find anther of the same specification. Other than that presume it has died
