Question about HP Officejet Pro L7580 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Reseated, reset, replaced ... no change
Hi, its sad to say but the printer sounds that needed to be send to the nearest service center in your area. You already reseat & replace the ink cartridge and issue still present. Please call your printer manufacturer so that they can give you more options aside from sending it to service center. Thank you so much,

A customer of mine called me with same description of the problem: "Black ink cartridge empty" error message displayed on the HP OfficeJet Pro All-in-One L7580 printer. He claimed he put two new black ink cartridges but the message would not go away. The 3rd cartridge (brand new) was still laying around on his desk when I arrived. Upon closer examination it was clear that he didn't put in a new INK CARTRIDGE but a black/yellow PRINTHEAD instead!
Mistakes happen and printheads ARE easily confused with INK CARTRIDGES.
Hope this story will help someone :)
