Blu-Ray player suddenly says "no disc". I have insertsd discs that have previously worked and on the advice of Kevin 000 (one of your techs) I bought a lens cleaner to no avail, it still says"no disc" so obviously it can't read the lens cleaner either. Kevin suggested that the lens might be out of allignment? Where do I go from here?

-   Ya, suddenly showing "No Disc" Don't buy this model. Try something else. I took it to a tech, he cleaned the lense but with no luck. He came to the conclusion that the Lens is gone.-   Guest

-   Brand new Sony BDP S350 suddenly says "no disc" and will not read any disc. It is all of 5 days old. I will be taking it back to Best Buy and hope to get another brand/model because this seems to be very common .... too common for a brand new unit. -   gamcelfresh

exact same error message. No disc.

I played blue ray dvds on it fine. Then i put the same disc in, and nothing. not sure what to do.
