Empowering bottom doesn't work on Acer Aspire 4730z with 32-bit with windows vista ultimate. I have no Empowering driver for vista.

chek ur bios setting may be if there is recovery key just use that othewise download form the net.

you can run recovery using the recovery discs which should have been created by you... or you have to go into the OS to access recovery manager...
