put a 192.168.1.1 in browser with default user id: manager password: friend

Did you make a configuration backup record?

device has a reset button.. you can push that via pen, check the devices handbook you will see that mini button..

push that button for a ten second... and release.. your settings will reset.. default username : manager password: friend

You can not get the old user name and old password.... you have to reset the router to factory default settings but then you have to make all the settings from scrach.

is it possible that someone else is using your bandwidth? try changing your security settings.

I am not sure if this will work on your model of switch but I had the same problem with an AT-9410GB Switch and I called Allied Telesyn with the switch MAC address and they gave me the backdoor password.

You must have the MAC address of the switch, they will need it to find the backdoor password because not all Allied Telesyn switches have the same password or this option to begin with.

you will have to re-flash it with a new image or you can try a TFTP server to download the image and mess with it there. this should point you in the right direction i never used allied before.
