Question about Cameras
According to the manufacturer if the battery is inserted the wrong way you should be unable to remove the battery, and you should not use force in trying to remove it. You should bring it to an authorized service center and they should be able to remove the battery. You could bring it to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy™ store and they could send it out to have it serviced, or you could contact the manufacturer and they usually have a list of authorized service centers.
