Multiple images on the test.

The multiple images were probably selected from your 'Video Effect' menu
Launch the logitech toolbar
Click the "Quick capture" ( 2 reel clips picture ) on the toolbar to start your webcam and test your drivers are working ok
If you have muliple images, keep the webcam running and click on the video effects ( 2 theatre masks ). Ensure no effects are selected and finally trim the image by selecting 'Settings' ( 2 gear wheels ) and fine tune your image. Use the Advanced tab to change the mirror images if necessary

Webcam wont let me do Video Effects?

If you have the "exact" same cam as your brother, and also use the "exact" same programs as your brother, then their is no reason why your cam would not work as your brothers.
Did you download the plug & play option for the cam?
Do you use the "exact" same version of windows as your brother? (Win 98, XP, Vista)
