Question about Audio Players & Recorders
The manufacturer's website will usually have this software
Philips, for instance, is available at www.usasupport.philips.com
iRiver is www.iRiver.com
It just depends on your manufacturer - give us that info and your model #, and we will tell you EXACTLY where to go

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

To upload file to the COBY MP3 player, I went to setting, went to USB setting's, changed MTP mode to MSC mode then I was able to get access to folders with-in the mp3 player.

SOURCE: Doesn't show as a driver
I did it!...
you have to perform all the windows updates, then you have to install "Windows media player 10" (I have installed "Windows media player 11" because on my pc the wmp10 didn't work...).
it seems that YP-Q1 work with some driver hidden in wmp10 or 11...I didn't found them nowhere...
connect the mp3 with the cable usb and test to automatically install the drive... it should work... I did it after a few hours...
sorry for my dumb-english, I must improve it ;)
