What causes zms sensor failure - Heating & Cooling

    I have the same problem, all systems blow, but cooling has stopped. The outside unit is sweating by the pipes?

    I have a Honeywell minizone system and my purge light keeps blinking. I notice that 1 upstairs room does not seem to get enough air and all the other rooms upstairs get a tornado. Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same problem. my purge light is flashing orange. does anyone know how to fix this?

This is my heater unit and it says purge. It says when flashing purge zms sensor failure or no zms sensor is installed. It used to work fine then stopped


It looks like either the actual ZMS sensor needs to be replaced or the wires to it are shorted or open...check it out!

there could be few reasons of cause spark failure.
1. timing belt broken 2. crank sensor failure 3. cam sensor failure 4. coil failure

Belt unit temperature sensor failure.

Step 1:
Cause: Belt unit temperature sensor harness connection failure
Remedy: Check the harness connection between the belt unit temperature sensor and registration relay PCB, and the one between the registration relay PCB and engine PCB. Then reconnect them.

Step 2:
Cause: Transfer HVPS PCB unit failure
Remedy: Replace the transfer HVPS PCB unit.

Step 3:
Cause: Engine PCB failure
Remedy: Replace the engine PCB ASSY

PURGE LIGHT FLASHING


It is a discharge temperature sensor and should be located in the duct after the coil. It should be just before the bypass damper.

Motor RPS Failure (rotor position sensor)
F then 51 flashes when there is a motor rotor position sensor failure.
The overheating of the motor sensor is caused by use of excessive detergent. This washer can detect suds and try to correct. Upon doing so it causes the motor to work more and overheat which causes the RPS to fail.
