    I have the same problem with my Hitachi 50" rear projection TV model number 50UX7B, I don't know where the fuses might be if one is blown or knocked out of place.

    I have a Hitachi 52", Rear Projection, Big screen, Model# CT5081K, Circa 1989(?). It suddenly powered down. I can turn the tv on and get power to something. I can hear the power turn on, but no control panel LED light, no screen is on, and no sound. The remote does not have any additional effect. I have replaced the two fuses at the left side - F903 and F904. Both were burned out. There is a third fuse on the electronic board - F991, but I am not sure how to get to it. I am not sure I NEED to get to it, either. Anyway, that's my situation. How can I troubleshoot the problem?

    Do you have a way of opening up the back of the tv and seeing if there are any blown fuses?

Hello sir, my hitachi ac's model name (HITACHI SAC 1.5 ZUNOH 3200f RAU318AWD) it's remote botton is not responding. I have changed it's battary but still remote is not responding on pressing botton.

I see the remote is a wireless one. It may need to be "paired" with the A.C. This is often done by holding down a button on the remote whilst powering up the controlled device.
You'll need to check your manual or contact Hitachi to be certain.

Do you have enough power to unit? Check plug for any loose wires on unit, with unit unplugged of course.

Wont power on

Good day, papamotts;

Hitachi has LED’s, green ‘lights’ and a red light to determine what circuit may be the problem; after removing the back of TV, bottom only, plug TV back in and observe which LED’s come on …..BUT most important which LED’s don’t come on; locate and note number, EG; DP37 and etc.

Good luck, big IRISH. Ps let me know.

I have the same problem with mine. i,m pretty sure that it is the built in surge protector is bad. Try unplugging the tv for 30 seconds then plug it back in and turn it on. If your surge protector has not completely gone bad this might work a few times. mine won't turn on at all anymore.
