sounds to me that maybe your draain lin is clogged up in your freezer compartment above your refrigerator. Look for a clear tube that should be runnig down either on thre outside or on the back wall and clear it out after you make sure that its not frozen. if it is then use either a light bulb or hair dryer to thaw out. Michael, I live in an apartment that has this model. I had a similar problem that the apartment maintenance man concluded was a clogged vent. I don't no precisely what he did to fix it but it involved opening the vent compartment and cleaning it out. Be sure to take everything off the shelves of the refrigerator before your start because it makes a mess. Good luck.

The defrost drain is clogged. Defrost drains usually get there clog right behind the back freezer panel. Remove this to get to the defrost drain and remove all built up ice and clear the drain and you should be fine. Hope this helps.
