Hi there,THe reason it isnt recognizing is becuase of your OS,windows 7 has porblems recognizing devices such as your mp3 palyer...i reccomend redownloading the software driver and if all else fails return your mp3 palyer.. please rate me full... :)
What I would do is drag and drop the Audible files from the folder that Audible creates to store your audiobooks to the Audible folder of the Sansa Clip, instead of using the Audible Manager.
