What model? Who's the manufacturer? Can't read the writing on the front who identifies the manufacturer. The model will be listed inside the door somewhere. Usually its the heater core that goes bad in the dryer when there is no heat. Give me more info so I can be more specific to your problem. Thanks.

Good that you flushed the heater core but that does not mean it is not bad. Check that next.

Only one setting puts out heat (Heavy), the rest put out cold air. Is this a heater core issue or a timer issue or what?

Sorry to read about your problem.
Their is a 80% chance you have a defective heat coil or coils (Low Heat). or the heat selector switch is defective.

GE Profile Electric Dryer Low Heat Problem

You may want to remove the back of the dryer to see if all of the element is glowing. Sometimes the element opens and then welds itself to the metal case, which would cause a partial, but not total loss of heat (slower drying time). If that is the case, part of the element will be glowing, and part of it will not.
