No, you didn't need any screw driver for clearing a paper jam. But yes, if it is more mess than just a simple paper jam, then it depends.

what you need to know is what operating system does the hp 6200 pro desktop run on ?

it might be
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 32-bit

Then download the correct driver for the operating system you are using
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/47549/Intel-82579-Gigabit-Ethernet-Controller
and then either run the download or point the update driver to the folder the driver is downloaded into .
Depends on the type of driver you download as to whether it installs itself or has to be added via updating the driver and pointing to its location after it copies its extracted files if it is compressed.

You may need to obtain the proper drivers for you printer. Your drivers are available from the HP support website, found here:

go online to compaq or hp and look up your printer , look for drivers and software download it to desktop click it and folow step by step ant it will work fine, even thow you don't have a cd rom... good luck sawdust46

My HP Officejet 6200 All-in-one won't print a word document.
When you plug the usb cord from the printer to the laptop, the laptop should have something to say about it. Usually, 'detected new hardware', new hardware installed and ready to use'. The second message usually takes a little while to show up. Maybe a wizard will pop up, you have to do whatever it wants. If you don't have the install disk it wants, it will have to go online to get the drivers.
