Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Try removing and re-seating the ink cartridge. When you do this check and make sure that the protective film is removed from the contacts on the cartridge. Also, check the model number of the cartridge and make sure it matches the recommended cartridge to use with your printer model. If everything checks out ok the issue could be the cartridge.
