Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
Try going to the website of the manufacturer of your printer. They should have a link that says support or download drivers. Once you click on that you will be asked for the model of your printer. Type in the model of your printer and it should have a list of drivers and software that you can download for your printer.
Good luck and if you found this solution helpful please rate me.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
