Night picture

Hello I have Canon PowerShot A530 Digital Camera.Its my morther law mine is Broking its a A85 its a lot older.
I never use it for night time soon we will be going to pittsbugh pa. I
alway want take picture of down town. It alway come out Blur. it have
what it call night time i use it just test it out here it still Blur.
Will any one have any ideal how take picture to helped me out. And
this time this my mother law here a newer then mine i had be for it
have said night sens. Is ISO have something to do with its i have it 80 the lost it will good. Will that work if so can i keep it there to take picture in day time too.
