Make sure the DS is turned on while doing this. It may need to be turned on to be recognized by your PC.

Thanks - Tech101

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Your DSL files which you have deletd might be some system files containing in it. Please restore the files so your DSL works properly. You also have to replace the same files on your second Ncard to make it work.

I bought a ra(ndsl/nds ) for my ds lite and

Mine works fine!!
Download English 1.18 from the R4 website.
Unzip
You should have 4 files on your card
_system_
moonshell
_DS_MENU_DAT
_DS_MSH_NDS
you then add the .nds game files from wherever you get them from
Make sure the card is formatted first, ie there are no other files on it. try FAT. rather than FAT 32. I can't remember which but I've had no problems with either the card or the software, best thing since sliced bread, and it only cost me a tenner.

NCard in the DSL and the Pc Not recognising the device

you will have to unplugg the cable and install the drivers again if you haven't done so and if you had just do it again. If you don't have the drivers then umm yeah theres your problem so look in your free bank of knowledge and downloads(Internet) and get the drivers from there.

Fault caised by bad contact and raw disk - unformatted can't found FAT system

It appears there's a dault with the data/memory card.

You will need to upgrade the XMenu:

How to upgrade the XMenu:
>>>> Warning! All data on the MK5 will lose after you start the upgrade! Please backup it first!! <<<<
1. Use MK5 USB Linker connect PC , and enter USB data exchange mode , PC will detect one removable disk (MK5) have inserted
2. Copy "MK5_Menu_V1.39_AUTO_Upgrade.nds" to MK5
3. Restart NDS, enter MK5 menu, choose "MK5_Menu_V1.39_AUTO_Upgrade.nds" and run it,and restart NDS.
4. When NDS power on, hold L+R+A+B+DOWN to fast format whole MK5, or you can use A+B+START+SELECT+UP to make a low-level format ,then copy all data (include folder) from this uncompressed file.
5. Now new system is ready ,restart NDS and enjoy it!

Nintendo dslite ncard

I did have Error: Data is not align 16k! when i start up my ds.
What I did was..

All the files you need are at www.neoflash.com.
Your need (MK5) v1.45 which is in the download section.

Some of the nds roms do needed unraring before putting on memory card. They should be in .nds format etc.

The files you need are...

DSYSTEM (Entire Folder And Contents
MK5_2Mbit_test_v5.nds
MK5_PassMe.nds
xmenu.dat

When you have these files THEN you can format by...

Please insert both cards in to the DS and power up, tap the screen to continue as you would for any normal game.

You will then come to the menu "USB Mode" and "Menu Mode"
Instead of selecting one please press and hold the "select button" on the DS then tap "start"

Select "Quick Format"
Once complete restart the DS, you will have to tap the screen as above and this time select" USB MODE"

By formatting the menu file will have been deleted from internal Memory and will need replacing with the files. downloaded from neoflash.com
(MK5) v1.45

DSYSTEM (Entire Folder And Contents
MK5_2Mbit_test_v5.nds
MK5_PassMe.nds
xmenu.dat

(Drag and drop these files only)

Now your new system is ready, restart NDS and enjoy

Will fix almost all problems with DS Firecard and applies to both 8 and 16gbit.

Ndsl n-card

For the M3Lite The save files on the Card take up very little space, i'd just leave them there, but they should be located in "\NDSSAVE" directory of the flash card (CF, SD, Mini SD, MicroSD).

First, insert the flash card in to your computer. You should double click "My Computer" and locate the drive with your flash card. Double click the drive and you should see a "NDSSAVE" directory (for Nintendo DS games, aka NDS) and possibly a "GAMESAVE" direcotry (for Gameboy Advance aka GBA) saves.

if you right click the directory you should see a pop-up menu, from that menu click "Copy". Then Right click on your desktop (or wherever you want the files) and another popup menu should appear (click paste).

If anything you should worry about the actual games taking up too much space. You can delete the games and the save files should just stay on the card (which, again, are small).

It may be a little different with the ncard though
