you use your Jabra BT150, you need to pair it with your mobile phone. 1. Put the headset in pairing2 mode Make sure that the headset is on. Press the answer/end button and press the volume up (+) button at the same time, until a solid blue light comes on. 2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ediscoverf the Jabra BT150 Follow your phonefs instruction guide. This usually involves going to a esetup,f econnectf or eBluetoothf menu on your phone and selecting the option to ediscoverf or eaddf a Bluetooth device.* (See example from a typical mobile phone in fig. 4) 3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT150 Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing eYesf or eOKf on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN3 = 0000 (4 zeros). Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete. In case of unsuccessful pairing

Make sure when you turn the bluetooth headset on that the blue light stays on and doesn't blink. When the light is steady it's in pairing mode. Then go to the bluetooth settings menu on your phone and select add device. Type 0000 when it asks for a passkey. Click ok when you see pairing successful. If that doesn't work call customer service at 1-866-465-3494.

Hey everyone! I had the same problem, and I actually got it to work again! I hope these directions will help you get yours to work (from the manual):
1. Put the headset in pairing mode
• Make sure the headset is off.
• Press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on. <== THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! HOLD THE BUTTON UNTIL YOU SEE A SOLID NON-BLINKING LIGHT! (This is where I was going wrong with the directions.)
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT350
Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a ‘setup,’ ‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and selecting the option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a Bluetooth device.
3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT350
Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros).

You can solve this by connecting your phone inline.
On the back of the phone where the phone handset plugs into, plug one end of the jabra headset wire & connect other end to the 2nd position (marked by phone & handset). Now plug the handset wire from Ip phone to the 1st position (marked by handset) in the jabra headset. Now you are good to go.
When the phone rings lift the phone handset and answer it with your jabra headset. You can't use jabra with 7941 without lifting the handset on phone.

Had the same problem with the BT250v 'connected' to my Nokia 6021. When connected to my notebook, the 250 did produce sound, so decided the Nokia was the problem. Fixed the problem by doing a full reboot of the phone like this:
Jabra: Turn off the 250
Phone: Delete the BT connection to the Jabra (in BT settings)
Phone: Switch off BT
Phone: Turned off the phone (I've even removed the battery)
Phone: Turned on the phone
Phone: Switch on BT
Jabra: Turn on the 250 for detection
Phone: Look for audio devices
Phone: Connect to Jabra
