My computer laptop aspire 4745G problem in rating process..when i click the rate this computer box it processed but suddenly halfway it shutdown/restart..anyone know what is the problem?..thanks

If you still can boot it in windows, follow this:



Step 1: Click “Start” menu.
Step 2: Click “Programs.”
Step 3: Click “Acer Recovery Management.”
Step 4: Click the “Restore” button on the bottom of the dialog box that opens.
Step 5: Click “Restore System to Factory Default.”
Step 6: Click “Yes” in the warning dialog box which asks if you wish to continue the recovery process.
Step 7: Click “Start” to restore the computer to the default factory settings.

If you can not boot to windows, follow this:


1. Restart the laptop
2. While the Acer logo is showing, press <Alt> + <F10> at the same time to enter the recovery process.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform system recovery

- First Open task manager and close any unnecessary processes running in background
- Click start>Run.. Type msconfig>enter>Start Up. Uncheck the boxes for the programs that you think you may not use often
- Remove unused programs
Finally i will suggest you to get system utility program like PC Fresher. because it is a very
useful tool that cleans your computer of temp files, history and cookies. Its also used to fix any registry errors that cause of these annoying issues

Load up Device Manager

Find the sound device

Right Click

Uninstall Driver

Restart Computer

Go Here and get the driver http://gd.panam.acer.com/home/
(Notebook , Aspire , Aspire 4730Z , Select Windows Xp From Drop Down Menu and then Drivers will show

Reinstall Driver

Restart Computer

The sudden shutdown, is caused by an overheat problem.
Notice that the laptop is hotter than usual when it happens.
As a quick solution, get a vacumm and **** the dust accumulated on the fan or fans.
That should bring your laptop back to work.
In more serious cases, the heat sink will need to be cleaned up.
If you are not familiar with the process you should seek for professional help.

That's a normall issue...it works only if the proccessor gets heated up...and after it's cooled the fan stops working...Automatic process

Right click on Desktop and click on properties.After that click on settings tab.When u see on left down corner of that small window u get a screen resolution box.in this box u have a courser to move left-right.Move it to 1024 by 768 pixels.And u r problem resolved.Don't forget to rate me.
