Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I unplugged my sansa e260 without safely removing it and ever since then wen i turn it on the turnwheel lights up, the logo comes on but nothing else, i saw ur previous solution about checkin for a firmware update but how can i update my firmware if the device isnt even being recognized by my computer anymore:s plz help me
May have to substitute HOLD or REC for Volume +:
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard
