You can do a master reset. It should be in the security menu. If you don't know the code, try the last 4 digits of your phone number. Now, this will reset EVERYTHING, so if there is anything you want to save, you will have to write it down or transfer it. Let me know if this helps :)
I have seen this issue MANY times before, what I can recommend for this
exact problem, is to Reset to Defaults. Which will delete all your
Downloads/contacts/saved info. This option should be located in
menu-settings-security, password should be 000000 unless you have
modified it. the option will either be, Restore Defaults, or Reset to
Let me know how it goes, thanks

With this problem, you should be able to Delete the SENT msgs by either going to the sent menu, and choosing OPTIONS, and delete all, if the option is not there, you may need to delete them under the Settings on the phone, for the SENT ADDRESS, you should be able to simply chose either back/delete any of those options should work well. Please let me know how it goes Thanks Justin Please Rate Me
What you need to do, is when you insert the SIM card into the different i730, basically, make sure that the GOLD plate is facing down, THIS IS VERY SENSITIVE, care with caution. Pop it in, and it should work, FYI call customer care, basically to have your MSN *serial Number* updated, due to having different MSN's could cause issues. Let me know how it goes, Thanks Justin Please Rate Me :)
You will want to go into the Advanced Features option and then to Reset
Defaults. This is the place where you can reset the whole phone. The
default reset code is 000000. If Nextel has changed it, you would want
to contact them to see what the code is, but if it's not 000000, it's
typically your 7 digit wireless number. Both phones should work the
same way since they are both Motorola. I hope this helps. Thanks.
