This video card is good only for office if You need card for multimedia and undemanding games I suggest you:

For a little more money offers much better performance, it is equally quiet and has a much better memory bandwidth.
If the card fits in the slot, then the board supports it. But you have to install the graphics card drivers.(and make sure you plug your monitor into the graphics card and not the computer motherboard connector.) The drivers will be on the cd that came with the card.
Try to boot to safe mode. (Press F8 during start up). Then uninstall the geforce 210 driver. Restart your PC. If the system will start fine w/o the video driver, pretty much you've got a bad video card or it might be a compatibility problem w/ the system board. Other option, try a known good video card so you could easily isolate the problem.
