Para solucionar el mensaje de error que indica que se ha producido un error en el estado del sistema (c?digo de error 3807):

1. Desconecte el adaptador de alimentacion de la impresora.
2. Espere 30 segundos para que se reinicie la impresora.
3. Conecte el adaptador de alimentaci?n a la impresora. Si fuera necesario, encienda la impresora.

Si el error continua:

1. Abra la puerta de acceso de la impresora.
2. Retire e instale el cabezal de impresion dos veces.

Is this the code you are getting? Intermittently Fuser Error Codes E001, E002, E003, E005 or E006 are occurring

Workaround :
A flat spot on the Fuser Rollers can cause Unit 1, the Fixing/Feeding Assembly, to vibrate which can effect the connection of connectors J8, J403 and J404 on Unit 1. If needed replace the Fuser Rollers, Bushings and Bearings. Then go into Service Mode Level 1> Copier > Option > Body > FX-CROT, change this setting to 3 to prevent flat spots on the fuser rollers from occurring

es liegt bei diesem fehler an dem dvdlaufwerk
bei mir war es ein loses kabel und eine blokade im dvdlaufwerk
