installed sonic 6.1. everything works fine until i start to burn dvd. it always says drive has no disk in it - 16073 and ejects the disk.
program will play a finished dvd of all types including the one i am using now. CinePlayer works fine. Help!

try these:
Resolution:
1. Delete upper and lower filters. (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318})
2. Uninstall Driver in device manager, restart.
If device is still no shown try the following:
1. Download the pxengine patch (http://patches.sonic.com/PX/pxengine1_08_34a.exe)
2. Install and then restart system.
*The pxengine patch adds to the list of drives supported by the Px Engine (Sonic Record Engine).
