Yes, it is a Prime Array ServStation 2000 DH Prime Array Part #SIZD-D1-A1 Config # same as part # Product Serial # 5550150 DH # 1013009418002 When I originally bought it, I had it set up on a Mac network and I can still see it on the chooser on my mac but cannot connect to the admin. I am now setting up a pc network w/ dell pentium 4 machines and had hoped to use the ServStation for what I bought it for in the first place: accessing cd's w/out having to load them on the individual machines. Thanks to all for helping or trying to anyway. Maybe this is a lost cause?
Make sure you have the latest firmware downloads for your ServStation. The latest release - 6.11 - has upgrades for the latest Mac operating systems. If you're switching to a PC based solution you shouldn't have any problems connecting to the ServStation. If you still are, what exactly is the error you are seeing?

The program you are using is telling the terminal to accept a VNC request, as it will send date on the port open for VNC. So the terminal is asking you to accept the prompt to allow a remote machine to control your session.
You can set the program to ignore the VNC ports, so it wont get prompted. Failing that you should be able to change the terminals behavior to the requests by editing the wnos.ini to not allow VNC connections. I think that can be done from there. Check on the config generator for wyse terminals on technicalhelp.de to find the correct syntax.
Is this owned by a school. If it is, many local technology centers will come and work on this for free. Without seeing the device myself it will be hard because finding a tech manual for this item is difficult.
Did PrimeArray know this belonged to a school?
