Question about kawasaki Blue 3.5'' Kids' Portable DVD Player - PVS133B-B

Cannot charge battery

We have the Kawasaki Pvs133b-b dvd player and want to use it on battery power, alone. However, we cannot get the battery to charge up. We're trying to find another battery pack for it. the number is RCBP-02(Li-lon 7.4v)

    Hi I have same problem. I cant charge battery RCBP-02 and cant find replacement.

    Same problem. My portable dvd player works straight from the socket, but the battery pack won't charge!

My portable coby dvd player wont play with its rechargeable battery after bein charged, the light was blinking and now green but when i take off the adapter and leave the battery it wont turn on?what do i...


Take out the litium battery.Plug in the charger adaptor alone to get power,see if the portable DVD player work.Yes,than the litium battery is dead,not taking in any charges.Tries websites like Partstore.com,Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a new exact litium battery or a compatible litium battery.

Will not load DVD


1) If the DVD is a burned disc, instead of a factory-pressed original, try different media types and brands.

2) Also check that the disc is unscratched and otherwise clean. Inspect the laser lens and make sure that it is clean as well.

3) Make sure that the disc is truly a DVD or audio CD, and not a VCD or DivX movie on CD.

Battery cahrger


The battery should be attached to the bottom of the player. It may also have it's own DC port to plug the charger into. Some players charge back through the player itself but Polaroid made batteries that have to be detached from the player and connected to the charger. Remember, unless tou have a battery on both units, one battery alone is not designed to power both screens, that is what the car adapter is for.

this is the wrong place to post your suggestion.
What are you refering to. DVD player in what ?
A Laptop or a stand alone player, which assumidly runs off batterys and DC Mains ?

Battery won't charge


clean the contacts of the battrey and the charger.if that does not work replace the charger or the battery.goodluck.

Lost Charger


yes take your player to radioshack and get a new power adapter the reason you take player with you is to get the proper power rating in volts and amps which usually is printed near terminal where you old adapter plugs in on on a sticker on the bottom of the dvd player or try ebay:
