Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Most of the time, when I see that, it is because of some kind of moisture getting into the plug where the camera connects to the main board. If you take the battery cover off, remove the battery, the metal cover at the top will be held in place by 4 T6 Torx screws. If you have or can get a T6 screwdriver, remove those screws, exposing the main board. Gently unplug the flex connections and the antenna connection (black wire w/ silver tip). Be very careful when unplugging these as to not damage the plugs. After all the connections are unplugged the motherboard should lift right out of the phone.
Use 91% rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush to clean the main board and all connections, including the camera plug. Let the board dry completely. You can even use a hairdryer to ensure the main board is fully dried.
Reinsert the main board, reconnect all plugs, replace metal cover, replace screws, insert batter, power on and try the camera.
The other possibility is that the camera has gone bad.
This is for the L7 SLVR. The V3 RAZR is different, let me know if you need those instructions.

Try master resetting the phone.
Or reflash the firmware on the phone.
