Toshiba 40who8b convergeance problem (by 2 users)

I had the exact same problem one year ago, blue out ovf convergeance. I brought the unit to a repair shop, they replaced 2 ICs (not sure if they are "t" or not) and the set worked great for exactly one year ($350 parts and labor). Today the same problem happened. Should I repair it again or am I thrownig money down the drain. The set is 7 years old.
