Re: Accessing GPRS from mobile to Notebook
You need special software compatible with vista, motorola model phone and your service provider (verizon, t-mobile, att-cingular etc..) if you have any more questions, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Hi, Your network operator will send you the settings to your device automatically if your mobile is supported.
To configure the settings manually, you need to call to your mobile operator's customer care and they can provide you help to configure your device with their network specific settings.
Having proper settings is not only enough to access the NET but also you should have proper GPRS subscription activated for your mobile number by the operator. Contact your network operator for activating a plan.
I hope this is helpful to you. Please rate the the solution provided. Thanks
Your computer may simply be unable to run 2 operating systems. On the odd occasion the main OS usually the newest one in this case vista is running in the background and interfering with kernel operations even if you have selected "Previous version of windows" the 1 and only solution i know of is to not only re-format XP but Vista also.
the website above MIGHT be able to find driver needed but i dont think it is a driver problem.
This may be the only way- do this first
I understand that you need windows 98 drivers for your Notebook.
I have searched the HP website and found the drivers for the following operating systems.
Microsoft Windows 2000 Microsoft Windows XP Home edition Microsoft Windows XP Professional Microsoft Windows Vista Home Microsoft Windows Vista Enterprise Microsoft Windows Vista Business
But not for Microsoft Windows 98...
Windows 98 is considered to be obsolete now. As far as I know no one will provide drivers for this model Notebook for Windows 98. Please install atleast Windows 2000 in the Notebook for the drivers to work correctly.
For other operating system drivers other than Windows 98 could be found in the following link..
Search The Internet On The manufacture of The Phone And See if They Have A Driver For That Phone In The Vista Format. If They Don't You will have to Wait Till somebody Writes The interface So The Computer will Allow The Program To Acess The Phone With The Vista Driver For That Phone. I have A RAZR And Found A developmental motorolla Driver For Vista. Then I Found Another Program To Comunicate Direcly To the Phone Through A USB cable. Now I can Do Anything From the computer And Tranfer To and from the Data In The Phone. The Program Is called Syncell For Motorolla. It Also Uses Outlook Express To handle All The Contacts And Calander Events Including Inporting Jpgs And Export Jpgs To And From The Phone. Also Adding Any Ringtone I Can Make Myself And Dump Into The Phone. Just Look For The Vista Driver From The manufacture of Your Phone. This Will Allow Vista To At least Commnicate With the Phone. You may Need aditional Software written in vista format to make it work the exact way you want it too.
Hopes This Helps
