Yes, Prime Array knows that I bought it for our school and they do own it. Problem is, I'm the guy who has to make things work here, so I'm pretty much the Lone Ranger on this. Sorry to trouble you..
No, you are no trouble. Sorry, to make you think so. Let me see what else I can come up with. I used to be a teacher at a school and I know this is very frustrating because of the lack of funding.

Before we can start sieving the current segment we need to generate the sieving primes ? sqrt(high). We do this using a simple sieve of Eratosthenes implementation. When we find a new sieving prime we store it in the primes array and we also store the index of the first multiple that needs to be crossed off (in the segmented sieve) in the multiples array.
Yes, unfortunately the Via Veneto is a difficult machine to prime, however, I have a simple way to prime the pump if you run into this problem. Simply remove the water tank, fill a clean turkey baster with water, open the steam valve fully then mate the baster tip with the water tank flow valve on the espresso machine. Wrap a towel or paper towel around the flow valve/baster tip then inject the water (agressively, but not forcefully). It's works for me every time.
Make sure you have the latest firmware downloads for your ServStation. The latest release - 6.11 - has upgrades for the latest Mac operating systems. If you're switching to a PC based solution you shouldn't have any problems connecting to the ServStation. If you still are, what exactly is the error you are seeing?
Is this owned by a school. If it is, many local technology centers will come and work on this for free. Without seeing the device myself it will be hard because finding a tech manual for this item is difficult.
Did PrimeArray know this belonged to a school?
