My phone nokia 5230 music express is lockt

It locked to security code or password means get the code from service provider and reset it.If it locked to Network means find out in which Country's Network it locked Now?
then Unlock it,use any GSM network Sim card,to find out it locked to network or not ,You insert other Network GSM Sim Card in the Phone if it support means it's not locked to any Network. If it not accepts the Other Network Sim means It locked to Network .So you need to Unlock it.Get the Network Unlock code here

Default PUK codes for Alcatel ot708

Hi skumar655
Actually PUK(Personal Unblocking Key) is depends on your SIM and it is different for all SIM's
For PUK you need contact network operator with number of which you want PUK code(you call to customer care from any others number who have same network operator(free of cost) or you can call by any others number who have using different network operator(stadard call rates applies))
Don't enter wrong PUK code 10 times.....
I think it helps Thank you have a nice day

When i put my sim in it asks for an unlock code?

It is asking for code because you change your sim card security when you insert this in phone last time. It is asking for PIN code. Only network service provider know this code, contact customer care of your service provider. If you entered wrong PIN number three times your sim card will be rejected hence don't try to enter wrong code.

Should i contact t-mobile in nyc or the service provider here in bejiing to figure out subsidary password to enable bejiing sim to work in usa phone

When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :-
This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone. You need to provide proof of ownership etc and the phone's unique IMEI number which is located inside the phone under the battery. They use this number to generate the unlock code for your phone.
They should provide you with instructions on how to enter this code into the phone.
Once you unlock the phone, then you can insert a new SIM card in this phone or sign up with another phone provider using this phone.

You could ring the phone provider and ask for the unlock security code because you are going overseas and wish to use your phone with a prepaid SIM card from another country. This maybe a free service.
The other way to get your phone unlock is to use a phone unlocking company on the Internet, they usually charge a couple of Dollars for their services. Use Google and search for "Security unlocking code” companies in your area.
