Bushing replacement typically requires a press to force the old ones out and the new ones in. I suggest that a front end shop do this job for you, and then follow up with alignment.
Replacing the glass is easy, finding the glass is the hard part. Did you have to break in? Or did somebody else do that? Do you have the glass? I think a body shop would charge about $100 for the job. Maybe more. But it is a simple job. The glass, will be that much. Hope this helps.
try changing the flywheel sensors. My 86 had exact the same problem, i changed the spark plugs, wires, distributor and finally the good o alfa mechanic found the issue. good luck
you need to source either the repair manual for them or just the ignition wiring diagram and wire colour legend for the 1980 and 1985 alfa spider to see if wire colours are different

at the minimum there should be two power wires in with start and accessories an earth not sure if a starter relay was used in the 85
