My Sony Erickson experia x10 mobile is unlock... i attempt how many times the pattern but is not work... my mobile device have a Google account to be safe to everyone but i forgot my account.... what can i do????

Try entering the password null. If it doesnt worked means try to do a hard reset .

It is an Google account registered phone i believe. Then when you try wrong lock patterns a few number of times it will prompt you to lo-gin using your Google account and you can access the phone through that.
