YES...! After holding switch in up pos for 10 seconds, it went dark. Then I performed normal start up of Fuze (Holding switch for 1 2 seconds and it started up normal with display and is now recognized.
This problem ocurred when I left the unit plugged in to USB and closed lid of my laptop overnight. ( Laptop set to go into suspend mode)
Well first of all tell us how old is your player......? may be it's a time to change the battery of your player...... Is your player work in charging mode? if yes then it's sure that you need to change the battery of your player..... Please post comments for further help or information.....
hi try this 1 with mp3 player off switch lock/hold button to on 2 press and hold rec button on left hand side keep held down 3 switch on whilst still holding down rec 4 it should now say recovery mode dont do nothing now dont connect to computer before you do this goto sandisk website and download the latest firmware once downloaded open the file then it will take you through the process of updating the firmware ok let me know how you get on ok and if you need further assistance ok
