NC6120remove the the cmos battery under the keyboard for 5 minutes i wait like 10 or 15. that will reset your cmos removing any cmos passwords its a simple fix. just remove the keyboard screws from the bottom and push down the tabs on the top of the keyboard and lift to remove. becarefull not to pull on the cable connecting the keyboard to the mother board to hard of a tug and you can brake the lever thing holding it down and then your keyboard might not work. just be patient and never force anything it should all come lose easy. all i used was a small sized flat head screw driver. if you need more help message me and i will make a video of how to do it.
