IMHO it may be simpler to get the file off the memory card with a card reader than to deal with the special software and the built in "share" featues. Do check the email attachment size limit with both your ISP and the recipient's ISP, which typically is no more than 10MB per email. Just one minute of video on the C613 is about 35MB.

How can i email video from camera

According to the manual here, there is no way to send video or email with the camera. Although most mobile phones now have cameras and able to send media via email easily, most digital cameras do not have this functionality.

However, the simplest solutions are:

(1) Insert the SD card from the camera into the appropriate slot in an internet-connected computer, or
(2) Using a micro-USB cable (usually provided with most modern cameras), plug larger USB end into an internet-connected computer.

In this way, you can gain access to your media files on the camera with computer, and send the videos by email.

I have a video file that is over 3m and it says the file is to large to attach to a text message or email, is there a way to resize it to be capible of being sent?

I am not sure if your email account has a max limit. Is it a work email? You can try one of the many free emails like Yahoo or Gmail.

You can also use sites like megaupload.com to send this and larger files without clogging up your, or your recipients email box.

Good luck.

Hello! There are many free video editor applications that you can download on the internet. One app that I found useful is the Videora video converter. You can chose which format you want to use and modify its settings of choice..Hope it'll help.

videos are huge files. Check the size of your video first. If it's more than 5MB or 10MB (depending on the email server your using) it really cannot be sent through email.

Don't know how to move video to a folder and then email it..canon

Camera will be hooked to computer through supplied USB cable. If you are using Windows XP or Vista that will recognize camera plugged in and shows it as removable Disk in My Computer window.
Click it and go to movie clip folder (folder name can be different) copy desired clip and past it in My Documents etc and attache it with email.

Emailing Video taken on a FinePix A800

Hi!

It's possible that the video file you are sending is too large. A few seconds of video from your camera will already be in a few megabytes (assuming that the camera is set to high resolution). How large is the file?

For smaller file size of video from your camera, you can lower the frame size. Here's how you do it:

If you are planning to send the file via email - select a lower quality.

I hope that helps.

Have a nice day!

Emailing videos/movies

you should have a photo editting program on your computer.  Windows comes with 'Paint' that will work nicely.  You need to RESIZE the pictures before sending them via e-mail.

Open the photo program, find 'resize' option, then 'save as' a new file name.

It's poor etiquette to send HUGE pics as attachments. Your friends will appreciate a nice size photo that fits the monitor.
