Hotpoint BCI450 Programme cycles

Hi,

Recently my Hotpoint dishwasher is not running the programme I have selected it to run. I select the normal wash cycle (programme 1) but when the machine finishes it is flashing on cycle 5 (rinse) when I check the inside the tablet has not been dispensed, and all the items have only been rinsed.

What can I do ????
