the code f2 e1 is stuck key
this code is for models with digital display
one or more keys on the user interface were actuated for 15 seconds or longer. If a key is stuck and cannot be freed up then the user interface control will need to be replaced
replace the interface control
I would suggest that a technician be call for a diagnosis of the problem and a quote be obtained for the repairs first
It is very common for an item to get stuck between the basin and casing. You can drain the washer and spin the basin manually a few times in either direction. It should spin smoothly, but with some resistance.
You may need to remove the front cover by typically lifting the top enough the loosen the front panel, then inspect the perimeter of the basin and the condition of the belt and motor. Remove anything that doesn't belong (i.e. a sock or zipper!)
Hope this helps!

The "F2" error is referring to excessive drain time. Unplug machine before working on it. Remove screws on bottom of lower panel and remove panel. The drain pump is behind the panel, It has a large round door on it, turn counter clock wise by hand to access pump clean out. Have lots of towels ready. Remove anything from pump (usually kids socks or small clothing articles). If nothing in pump clean out remove suction boot from drain pump and check there. If nothing there blow through the drain hose from the pump side to check if anything is stuck in the hose. If that's clear check the electrical connection on the pump, make sure nothing is loose or broken at the connection. If all this checks out good and it still wont work you probably have a bad pump and it will need to be replaced. If you do find something was blocked or clogged due to small clothing articles I would recommend a garment/lingerie bag to keep all the small stuff together during the wash cycle. Hope this helps to fix your problem. Please remember to rate this and every solution you get.
Could be a few things, but start by, opening the lower front left panel (use a large flat screw driver or knife to pop it open), drain the tub (using the stoppered hose on the left) and then unscrew the filter. See if there is anthing stuck in here. If not, you could have a bad pump (there are two - one for recycling water back into the tub and one for draining).
sounds as if theres something stuck in your drain pump, youll need to remove the lower acess panel(2 screws across the bottom front of unit) you'll see teh pump in the rigth hand corner. i would remove as much water as possible before trying to remove the hose to the pump or you will get soaking wetaferer removig the hose youll be able tro see what trapped in oyu pump preventing free draining.. VERY common problem.DISCONNECT POWER THE DRAIN PUMP IS ALWAYS LIVE!!!!!!!!
