Chat logs are flashing - Yahoo Messenger

Log in and then go to your Chat settings on the bottom right of the page and "Turn Chat Off" . That should make you invisible or offline and no one will know that you are logged in . Hope this helps :) Attaching a picture.

To have voice and video chat enabled in Gmail you should install a software from Google called Voice and video chat from http://www.google.com/chat/video?hl=en
After the installation you may have to log out and log in again to Gmail.
Please note that for video chat your partner has to have Voice and video chat installed as well as you.

Yahoo mail has chat activated and when you log into email it logs into Chat as well and that's why Yahoo Messanger logs you out because you cannot have two instances of it running. To fix this, on Yahoo Mail screen, under Chat & Mobile Text, select Sign out of Chat and it will show I'm Offline. In this way it won't kick you out of Yahoo Messenger anymore.

Chat in Yahoo! Mail is only available with the following browsers:
-Internet Explorer version 6.0 and newer
-Firefox versions 2.0 and newer
-Safari version 3.0 and newer

If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade your browser to one of these supported versions.

To chat in Yahoo! Mail, you'll need Adobe Flash Player 9.0.115 (or higher). In case you need a newer version, you can download and install the latest Flash Player here for free.

Also, note that you can't be logged in in both Mail and Messenger with the same ID to chat. Hope this solves your problem, if not post back.

Follow the below mentioned steps to clear chat history from facebook.

1. Close the chat window by clicking on the little "x" on the bottom right of the window.
2. Log out from facebook by clicking on "Account" and then on "Logout" on the top right hand side corner of the page.
3. Close the window.

When you log in again and try to chat with the same friend their chat history will not be there.

Meebo was told to recode their Facebook Chat login mechanism due to serious problems such as that mentioned. Consider using an alternative such as Digsby or Chit Chat for Facebook

i have 3 lights blinking on my samsung dlp...the lamp light flashes a few times then timer and standby/temp flash....can any1 help

Solution:

Delete in system/software the Flashplayer 9
Download from the link the older Flashplayer 7.0
Choose in folder r61 the file flashplayer7r61_winax.exe
and execute it.
restart your browser and connect to icq chat.
The problem is caused by the (Adobe) Flash Player 9
you get it when you install icq 6.0 and since then you will no longer be able to connect to the icq webchat. If so proceed like i described before. Good luck !
