B) E27 - it is code for reset absorber (EEPROM reset or Waste ink counter reset) and follow the described below procedure: With the printer powered off but connected to a power source,
1) First..while pressing and holding the Stop/ Reset button, press the Power button..do not release the Power button 2) Wait till the Power light is ON, then while still pressing the Power button... press the Stop/Reset button two times (visible for alert-orange-LED lights on & off). 3) When releasing both the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order), the printer will move into the service mode. Waiting for menu selection visible for:
then turn it on again. Only in B) case you can enter into "service mode", in A) case if have e.g. paper jam, or another error you CAN'T enter the "service mode" Try it

I had this problem a few weeks ago. With printer power off - if you hold down the stop/reset button while at the same holding down the power button - once the power LED ligh is lit, press teh stop/reset button twice whilst still holding down the power putton. The machine will then reset into service mode. Take your finger off teh power button and then press the stop/reset button 4 times. Hopefully your error message should then disappear and you should be able to print.
