Printer won't pick up paper & if it does it doesn't exit fully

disconnect all usb cable from computer .power off again power on
press & hold down go button press t times if print , reset printer drive in your computer or not print test page replace drum unit .

check the Delivery sensor (SR203) in the output of paper or in the fixing (SR202) delivery sensor

it is problem with he paper pick up assembly unit.

More paper was loaded so that the "Pick up" mechanism could
still work. It would seem that that the spring loaded paper pick-up mechanism was therfore the real problem - not the exit tray !

I would try cleaning to paper pick up rollers incase its not picking the paper all the time i would also check the exit sensor to see if its sticking hope this helps.

That is a pre heater fault.

1. Check system grounds.
   
2. Check the Drum Maintenance Kit NVRAM contacts during oiling for continuity.
   
3. Check the waste tray.
   
4. Replace the Preheater ( REP 2.0.17).
