No apparent signs of life

Recently, I disconnected my speakers, and reconnected to headset. The 6000 then went blank.
Tried to download drivers and message said no can do the drivers installed are more up to date.

Open device manager , remove the existing drivers and tryy again... It is possible that the existing drivers may be corrupted..
