Hi! Thanks for the advice! My power supply is working fine now. Apparently my ps protection feature kicked in and latched on to shutdown stage as stated in the manual.

Thanks again buddy! I truly appreciate your help and comment!

Computer curser froze. Tried Con/Alt/Delete but didn't offer restart or shutdown. Turned power off manually. Let it rest. Turned power on, pressed ''start'' button in front, computer starts but screen says...

The simplest problem may be a failed power supply; these are junk and failures are common. The monitor is telling you that it is OK but is not receiving any video or sync signals from the computer.
Since you failed to tell us what make and model PC you have, no one can make a positive suggestion for replacement but it is probably a standard ATX form factor which you can find by the hundreds on eBay. Pricing is all over the map but you should be able to replace it for under $50 US. If you attempt this on your own, take a few snapshots with the case removed in case you get panicky when installing a new supply. Also, if your failed supply has a power rating below 300W, upgrade it and the new one will run cooler and likely longer. Add ~50% to the current power rating so ~450 watts would be appropriate.

Computer reboots

Hi cool,

Is your Computer keeps on recycling from booting and never finish to load your OS?

As far as i know you got a problem with you CPU, your computer processor is overheating inside that's why it keeps your PC recycling it's power.

Try to go to the BIOS setup menu, and go to the cpu temperature and you will that your PC is heating up.

Hope it helps & give you an exact reason.

Hi, you can almost bet anything that your voltage regulator is at fault. It sounds as if this needs time to build enough resistence to reach the 240 volts required by your computer's PSU.
Change this unit and you should cure your problem.
Question, Why do you need to use a voltage regulator?
Are you running on home generator power?
If you run on mains regulated power then replace the voltage regulator with a power surge protection board.
